At Elevate Health Literacy Co., we believe that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to health. Our mission is to empower Black communities with the tools, information, and confidence needed to navigate the healthcare system, make informed decisions, and advocate for their well-being. Founded by Jeannie Gresseau, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare, Elevate Health Literacy Co. was created to address the systemic barriers, misinformation, and lack of culturally relevant education that contribute to health disparities. Having worked closely with patients, families, and communities, Jeannie has witnessed firsthand how gaps in health literacy impact health outcomes. Her passion for patient education and advocacy drives our work in providing accessible, clear, and actionable health education through workshops, digital resources, and community partnerships. We’re not just providing information—we’re creating a movement where Black individuals and families have the knowledge and resources to thrive.
